The view from our balcony at The Island Place.  Cadenza lies to the left, Dawn Trader, a Potter 15, to the right.  This is early in the week when it is quiet and peaceful here at CK.  Later, the excitement builds as all the old friends arrive and sail, and paddle boats are everywhere.  I ate breakfast this morning with ‘Tosh McIntosh of White Co. Ga. He and his wife Randy as well as Allen and Anne Hall are regulars from the North Georgia contingent.

Yesterday we sailed out and around Atsena Otie.  As luck would have it, the wind was behind us at the far entrance to the tidal flow through the Island giving us a great sail through the twists and turns of this idyllic natural wonderland.
